I am not a Postpartum doula *yet* but I do believe that every parent should have a village to help them, especially in the early stages of parenthood. I provide additional services during your pregnancy and postpartum to help you feel supported. Please note, unless specifically noted, this is not a childcare service.

I don't require any kind of advance booking . Please keep in mind though, that if you are requesting services last minute, I may not have the availability to accommodate.

Services are available on nights and weekends only.
Most rates are per hour, unless otherwise noted in the contract, with a base rate of 1 hour. Any additional fees are also noted below.

Self-Care Package - This is childcare! Take some time for yourself and leave the kiddos to me. *I have experience in childcare as a daycare teacher and nanny.*

Errand runs - Grocery pickup, purchase returns, drop-offs, pharmacy errands, birthday/holiday runs, etc. (Please be specific in your request). $30 / hour plus mileage if the errand takes more than 1 hour. Errands under an hour are only charged for mileage. Mileage cost is the current IRS reimbursement rate and is based on round trip - $0.70 per mile.
